The biggest insight and also challenge for Alex (and Mike, his brother & co-founder), has been to let go of direct oversight over many parts of the business.
Alex puts complete trust in the amazing team they have built... but it's still been challenging to limit executive involvement in so many of the companies operations as they continue to grow.
Maintaining the 5* reputation has also been a very important goal and challenge for them and they always keep that as the top priority in everything they do.
